EXPANDED SERVICES

1- Perform all oil services, maintenance, oil and industrial installations and all mechanical, electrical electromechanical in the field of oil and gas services.

2- Installation and maintenance of submersible and immersed pumps, corrosion protection systems, provision of fluids used in drilling operations and other chemical materials for injecting wells and the surface facilities.

3- Processing and analysis of data and presentation of geological and reservoir studies.

4- Carry on all technical activities involving drilling operations, geology, inspection, calibration, installation and painting for all oil and gas equipment, machinery and facilities.

5- Conduct studies, consultations and offer solutions for the technical and operational problems in the field of energy and derive advantage from foreign technology and expertise, transfer and settle them in the fields of oil and gas.

The company for the purpose of achieving its objectives shall have the right to participate in any manner whatsoever with other companies or bodies carrying on similar activity or those may cooperate therewith for achieving its purpose in or outside the Great
Jamahiriya or to merge, take over or subsidize therewith as well as the right to import operation requirements, equipment and supplies as necessary for its work.
